I recieved an e-mail today which was completly blank. Nothing as to who is the sender, nothing in the subject or content areas.
Everything was blank on it.

Should I be worried?

Nope...

But update your antivirus with the latest list and run it, check for spyware and if the hard disk makes any fun noise when you are not using it.
